About Janette Mason BA(H), CNP

Hi there! I am thrilled that you are here! If we have not met yet, my name is Janette and I am the founder of One Small Shift. My goal for our online, nutrition, clinic, is to provide the same high-level of care that you would find in a brick-and-motor clinic, but from the comfort of your home. 

After spending years working out of a pain management clinic in Vancouver, I have been able to understand what needs to be done to help a client achieve their health goals. Time and again, it comes down to 3 main things: 

  1. Getting to the root of the problem – there will be no beating around bushes with me. I will be asking you all sorts of health related questions as well as looking at past tests to determine what is going on beneath the surface. 
  2. A strategic and personalized health plan (we call this your protocol). This will have everything you need to understand what is happening in your body and the steps you need to take to get back on tract. 
  3. Accountability. Making health changes are hard! We want all the work we do together to stick, so this means we are focusing on creating sustainable change. Don’t worry, I’ll be there with you every step of the way to break things down and ensure you succeed. 

My nutrition practice focuses on digestive health as this is an area that has touched me and my family personally. I have experience working with and addressing a myriad of health conditions, including: Crohn’s, Colitis, and IBS, to name a few. 

I am constantly updating my understanding of digestive health and best practices to ensure I can provide the highest level of care for my clients.

About Ryan Bell, CNP

Hello, my name is Ryan Bell, CNP. I focus on ADHD and Personal Fitness but I have a broad range of experience helping with a variety of issues. From fertility to mens health, I have spent time helping people like you, achieve their goals. 

I have always loved working with people, and helping them get back to their best selves has been a privilege. I am excited to join One Small Shift. I truly believe making small, sustainable changes is the best way to see lasting results and I can’t wait to help.
